Responsibilities

As a Junior Sales Associate, you’ll be an integral part of our team, contributing your unique insights and energy. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Care Enthusiast: Deliver exceptional customer care that leaves a lasting impression. Your interactions will be a reflection of our commitment to excellence.
  • Collaborative Learning with Business Development Director: Work closely with our Business Development Director to follow up on leads via phone and email. Gain real-world exposure to relationship-building and sales conversion techniques.
  • Innovative Sales Process Support: Contribute your fresh ideas to enhance our inside sales process for Sales Qualified Leads (SQL). Your unique perspective will help shape strategies for success.
  • Information Empowerment: Provide potential customers with additional information, addressing their queries and guiding them towards informed decisions.
  • Lead Qualification: Learn to qualify leads and identify those that align with our ideal customer profile. Your analytical skills will help us focus our efforts effectively.
  • CRM Mastery: Maintain our HubSpot CRM with accurate lead information, mastering organizational skills crucial for sales success.
  • Engaging Learning Opportunities: Participate in weekly meetings with our Business Developer Director and CEO. Gain insights into strategic decision-making and witness firsthand how a business operates.

Who are you

You are an energetic and customer-focused individual with a passion for connecting people and possibilities. As a student of commercial economics, you bring a fresh perspective to our sales team, supporting lead follow-ups, enhancing inside sales processes, and providing exceptional customer care.

Your excellent communication skills make you a natural collaborator with our Business Development Director, helping nurture leads through thoughtful conversations. Your detail-oriented approach ensures that our HubSpot CRM remains accurate and up-to-date.

Qualifications

  • Current enrollment in a commercial economics program or related field.
  • Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Passion for building relationships and contributing to customer success.
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive attitude.
  • Hands-on, flexible, and creative.
  • You are decisive and a goal-getter. You don’t take no for an answer.
  • Available for 16-24 hours per week.
  • You are living in the surroundings of Eindhoven.

  • Affinity with technology
  • You have previous experience in sale
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot, is advantageous.
